Hi all,
We work on an imx6quad+ board, and use frame buffer mode, gstreamer and opengl.
We wonder if it will be possible to use something like Gtk+ or other, to realize more easily gui.
We have done a trial with qt widgets launched when needed (qt is not fb master), but seemingly, it's not hardware accelerated and widgets are a bit slow.
Do you know gui makers that would work in frame buffer mode ?
Rgds,
Chris
i.mx6 can support Gtk+ , but as I known this package is supported wayland backend or x11
Yes, it's the problem for gtk+.
as I known, the very very old bsp, like 3.0.35 support image named "fsl-image-gui", Builds a Freescale image with a GUI without any QT content. This image recipe works on all backends for X11, DirectFB, Frame Buffer and Wayland, but now, we don't support this anymore
