Getting Seg fault while compiling kernel source

Hi ,

I am doing bitbake linux-imx and I often get this error

Build/tmp/work-shared/imx6ulevk/kernel-source/security/tomoyo/util.c:1085:1: internal compiler error: Segmentation fault

I did clean building still gets the same error

using poky 1.,8 kernel version 3.14.38
