GPMI Timing for i.MX8M Mini

Hi，

     We are going to take GPMI interface to drive NandFlash on i.MX8M Mini platform.

     But, we meet the timing problem that we haven't found the reason yet. 

     Help you can help us. Thanks.

----Details:

1>Configuration

     work mode: ONFI Source Synchronous Mode, shown as below.

    config: SSYNCMODE = 1 and GPMI_CLK_DIV2_EN = 1, for GPMI_CTRL1n

                GPMI_TIMING2 do not be modified.

                Clock is changed to 100MHz, showed as below.

 2>Question

      According to the i.MX8M Mini Reference Manual, when I send 16 bytes data, it will have 8 DQS signals, but actually,  it has 16 DQS. 

      I don't understand why it happen?

      Does it some where I never config or fault configuartion?
