Flash memory for iMX233

Dear ALL,

I'm facing a problem, while designing my own iMX233 board. I started using the same memories of the kit, while using the QFP version of the processor. So, the flash memory is the Samsung K9LBG08U0D. But now, that part is obsolete and I can't find another one to replace it.

Do you have any ideas, guys? Did someone faced similar problem?

As Balaji said any from Micron or Hynix of similar characteristics should work fine.

Use similar parts from Micron or Hynix, which are not obsolete. They work fine.
