Flash loader script file (.DS) for debugging QSPI2 using DS-5

Can anyone share a sample flash loader script file with .DS extension?

I want to debug my image which I have kept in QSPI2 using DS-5.

I have the configuration file (from the QSPI manufacturer) for QSPI but what I am looking for is a script which will enable DS-5 to debug the image.
