Failed during ddr calibration

iMX6DL 目前使用 ddr test tool 2.8.0 進行檢測 PCBA 的 ddr calibration 時，出現 Error : Failed during ddr calibration 後來嘗試用 register configuration 更換 inc file 參數，還是顯是同樣的訊息。請問是什麼原因 ?

( DDR part number : MT41K128M16JT-125:K ， 請參考我附件資訊 )

from attached Calibration log.txt.zip log seems that memory is not working at all.

May be suggested to check memory signals with oscilloscope and recheck guidelines given in
