Fail Bulk<W>:LIBUSB_ERROR_NOT_FOUND

it prints "Fail Bulk<W>:LIBUSB_ERROR_NOT_FOUND" when i try to executive the command as follows:

"uuu.exe uuu-android-mx8qxp-mek-emmc.lst"

my environment is :

computer system: win7

borad cpu : imx8qxp
