FRDM i.MX93 stuck at boot with certain power supplies

Hi.

I tried to boot an absolutely new FRDM i.MX93 board - all default settings, boot from eMMC -
with 2 different PSUs.

The first PSU is an old (10+ years) standard phone supply, 5V / 2A output: FRDM boots as expected.

The second PSU is USB-C DP1.4 MST PD Docking Station .
And with this specific PSU the FRDM stuck in U-Boot, see attached frdm-i.mx93-stuck.txt.
It stuck at early U-Boot stages and then is reset by watchdog.

Could you please clarify board's power requirements?
