Enabling Power on Self Test (POST) IMx6solox

Hi

I am looking to enable the "POST" (POST_CONFIG) in U-boot running on IMX6SoloX, to enable that i need non volatile memory address for _POST_WORD_ADDR. do we have any solution for that. can use the NOR flash address i have my board or it should be onchip memory only.

I am afraid "POST" is not supported in nxp uboot releases and
this may be posted on uboot mail list

Thanks for the response Igor,

we are looking for some thing like POST to do bare minimal test on power up.

if POST is not supported do we have any other option for self test.

For 1 Gbyte DDR ram test i see there is a mtest, but which is very slow.
