Driver for PF1550

Why do we have driver for PF1550 only in 4.19 version and removed for older versions?

Why is the driver not upstreamed?

Thanks for the reply. I use PF1550 with imx6ull. I ported the driver and works fine. But for the safe side I would like to know before I actually use it for my product.

1) What was the reason to remove it from the newer version?

2) Why is it not upstreamed yet?

It has been removed from the latest L5.4.24_2.1.0 release. However, if you are using pf1550 with i.MX6ULZ then you can still port/integrate those drivers in your BSP. I am reaching the BSP team to know the reason behind the removal of this driver, I will get back to you on this once I have an update.
