Document/Information Request: FSL_OTP Driver

Where can I read more about the FSL_OTP driver, its usage, the description of the fuse-banks and the sysfs interface etc? I'm trying to manipulate the OTP bits, but I have been observing incorrect behaviours and wanted to know more about the driver, the fuse-bank information etc. to do this experiment correctly.
