There is no dedicated Excel sheet for the i.MX6Solo pinout. However, there is the IOMUX tool for the i.MX6 series processors, available for download on the Freescale web site (please check under the "Initialization/Boot/Device Driver Code Generation" tab):

that contains the detailed pinmux information for the i.MX6 series processors and simplifies the IOMUX configuration. In particular, it contains the detailed pinmux sheet (run the tool and check the "Pads" tab).

It may be recommended to use the IOMUX tool, Excel tables for i.MX6 (as it took place
for previous devices of i.MX series) are not provided.
