Do we have Controller Area Network(CAN) support in Android 4.4.3?

Hi,

     I am using sabre AI board. I have booted Android 4.4.3_2.0.0 on it.  Do we have CAN support in Android 4.4.3? If so please tell me the procedure to be followed. Is there any documentation from freescale for CAN support in Android?
