Display flicker for some time after wakeup

Hi all,.

we are using

svc power stayon true

&

svc power stayon false

to wakeup & sleep the system respectively. 

After wakeup the display flickers for few seconds and then it becomes normal. What could be the reason? How to fix it ? We are using imx6q running on Android 7.1.2.

Don´t know but try to run DDR stress tool.
