Digital IO voltages PF3000

In the datasheet of the PF3000 is the Vol max = 0.4*Vddio. When Vddio = 3.3V the Vol max is 1.32V and this is really high. in comparison to PF2000 is the Vol max 0.4V. is the 0.4V*Vddio correct because i will use the i.MX6SX connected to the PF3000?
