Hi all

I have a question about difference of DRAM_SDCLK in i.MX6Q.

Is there any difference between DRAM_SDCLK0 and DRAM_SDCLK1 ?

I know that i.MX6Q has two DRAM_SDCLKs and it's for dual-channel DDR like LPDDR2.

So it's not difference when I use DDR3.

Am I correct ?

Hi all,

I would like to revive this question again. So what is the difference between this two clocks? I understand with 2 channel LPDDR there are two clocks that are used, but what if I have 4 DDR3 memory chips x16 bit and I would like to build x32 bit memory path with two times capacity. Can I use only one clock SDCLK0, or do I have to use also SDCLK1?

Thanks and cheers!

Hello,

it is possible to use any of both variants: SDCLK0 only, SDCLK0 and SDCLK1.

Regards,

Yuri.
