Difference between packaging

Hello.
This question may sound silly, but I would like to have more information about the i.MX7 packages difference.
What is the advantage of the 19 * 19mm version given that the 12 * 12 is cheaper?

Please note that these package differs a bit with pin configuration.
For example 12x12 one has no pins related to ADC2.
Please refer pitch ball map you can find in the Datasheet.
