Our iMX6 customization development was based on iMX6 EVK main board revision 700-28616 REV A1, SCH-28616 REV C2, MCU board revision 700-29364 REV A, SCH-29364 REA, the EVK processor is MCIMX6Y2DVM09AA of iMX6ULL, but we purchased MCIMX6Z0DVM09AB which is iMX6ULZ, the device tree is based on available imx6ullevk.conf and imx6ull-14x14-evk.dtb at time.
NXP developers have since added imx6ulz-14x14-evk.conf and imx6ulz-14x14-evk.dtb to meta-freescale for u-boot and kernel 5, what is the subtle device tree compatibility difference between imx6ullevk.conf, imx6ull-14x14-evk.dtb and imx6ulz-14x14-evk.conf, imx6ulz-14x14-evk.dtb? Which one should be used?
