Debugging Linux Kernel on IMx6SoloX through Lauterbach Debugger

Hi 

I am trying to debug the Linux Kernel running on IMX6SoloX with Lauterbach, but my Linux never boots up.

attached is the script file, i am using to initialize the board and load Kernel, DTB & Ram Disk. I am not sure weather i am loading those at right address, where and how do i find those values from.

From Script file, i have some comments below. can someone correct me if i am wrong. suggest where i can find the right values.
