Datasheet for Freescale SABRE SDP, Rev B

Hi all,

I read Freescale's manual on i.MX 6 Series Thermal Management Guidelines and would like to repeat the thermal simulations explained in it (see pp. 30-44). However, in order to do so, I need to have the board assembly information for SABRE SDP, Rev B. Can someone point me to it? I could only find "quick start guide" and "fact sheet" on this board.

In our website there are no other documents tell tetails about the board SABRE SDP. All you can find are in the website. So sorry.

full collection of design files is placed below

i.MX6_SABRE_SDP_DESIGNFILES

on first page schematic you can find changes for all board revisions.
