DRAM Direction

Good day All,

I was curious as to what DRAM type and density other iMX28 developers are using or planning on using.  I have been talking to various DRAM suppliers and so far the information is mixed.

Thanks for your response!  I, too, was planning on 64MB, but was looking at 128MB as it was recommended as the next "sweet" spot for DRAM.
