Hi and good day,
I am using the IMX6DL with MT41K128M16JT-125 from Micron on one of our boards. The memory is a 2GB DDR3 128M x 16 x 8bank; 14 row addresses, 10 column addresses and we are using 4 of them with 1 CS to cover all 64 data lines.
When I enter those parameter into the DDR test, I received back that the DDR Density per Chip Select is 1024MB. I have the DDR density selection to Default but I can't change it. Why does it not shows 2048MB?
Also, when I run the SSR Stress Test it usually fails at the first frequency. But if I change the DDR Density for 512MB in the drop down menu (also need to update the data bus to 32 bits) I can run the calibration as well as the DDR Stress test without any issues.
Is there something I don't see/understand here?
