Hi All:
I'm going to tune 4G for my customize product.
I'm using i.MX6Q for my cpu.
I'm using DDR_Stress_Tester_V1.0.3 tool to tuning my 4G.
But I can't running the test successfully even I tried many of different value.
Here is what I set the value.
And before I start to test the stress I had set all the settings like below.
After all these settings than I run the stress test.
It will show fail for me.
How can I solve this problem?
Thanks in Advanced!
Hello Victor,
according to the datasheet for the part that you are using (MT41K512M16) it has 10 column addresses [9:0]. You have set 9 column addresses in your Script Aid. Please, set the correct value and try running the test again.
Best Regards,
Jan
Hi Wang
as error text states: pattern should match address so
there is excessive 0xc0000000 bits. This may be hardware layout
error, one can attach jatg debugger and write to address 0x10000000 data
0x10000000, then read back, inspecting waveforms with oscilloscope.
Just for test one can also decrease testing frequency. Check trace lengths
for these bits: they should be less clock length, refer to layout rules given in
i.MX6 System Development User’s Guide
