DDR Stress Test Tool Instructions

Hi

I am in the process of bringing-up a new iMX6UL board. I have downloaded the DDR Stress Test Tool V2.51 but so far I have not been able to find any instructions or guide on how to use it. Can anyone point me in the right direction.

suggest to look at

Freescale i.MX6 DRAM Port Application Guide-DDR3

and create service request for obtaining

MX6UL_ MMDC_DDR3_register_programming_aid
