DDR STRESS TEST STOP

I do the DDR3 STRESS TEST ,there is a problem.The test is stuck in the step but no any error information is prompted.As  is shown in the red box below.

Why this problem happen ,who can help me?

DDR Freq: 365 MHz
t0.1: data is addr test
t0: memcpy10 SSN x64 test
t1: memcpy8 SSN x64 test
t2: byte-wise SSN x64 test
t3: memcpy11 random pattern test

most probably board hangs, one can check with oscilloscope power supplies

and clocks using recommendations in i.MX6 System Development User’s Guide

Also one can try to test with simple ddr_test.c with jtag using bare metal sdk

问题已解决，是在DDR压力测试过程中，外部给IMX6断电复位导致测试中断，电脑会重新识别USB设备。
