DDR Address in iMX8M Mini

Hello,

We'd like to get addressed to more that 3G-RAM.

IMX8MMRM - claims that:
1_0000_0000 2_3FFF_FFFF DDR Address 5120MB DDR Memory (Quad-A53 only)
  4000_0000 FFFF_FFFF DDR Address 3072MB DDR Memory (All modules)

The official NXP U-boot repository does not have any examples that show how to configure CONFIG_SYS_SDRAM_BASE=0x100000000
