DCD Table for i.MX6 Dual Plus

Can someone point me to the DCD Table values to use with an MX6 Dual Plus?

DCD table is board dependent, so you should adapt it according to the DDR memory you have in your board.

Here is an example for the mx6sabreauto board based on a quad plus:

Related question: if you have an existing board running with an i.MX6 Quad processor and then you go upgrade the processor to the Quad Plus version, do you have to make any changes to the DCD entries that are applied/loaded by the bootloader to adjust for the change in the processor?
