Do you have NXP official data of following spec ?

I want to compare the spec by devices.

1. Cortex-A8 Core (i.MX515：800MHz)
　***mW/MHz
   ***DMIPS/MHz
   ***DMIPS/mW

2. Cortex-A7 Core (i.MX7Solo：800MHz)

   ***mW/MHz

   ***DMIPS/MHz
   ***DMIPS/mW

3. Cortex-A7 Core (i.MX6ULL：792MHz)
　***mW/MHz
   ***DMIPS/MHz
   ***DMIPS/mW

We have following efficiency data (DMIPS/MHz):

A7 core (i.MX6: UL and ULL, i.MX7x) -- 1.9 DMIPS/MHz
A8 core (i.MX 5x) -- 2.01 DMIPS/MHz
A9 core (i.MX6 except UL and ULL) -- 2.5 DMIPS/MHz
