Control Register configuration

Hi,

I am using the imx6ul evk board with yocto 4.9.x version ,since i need more number of gpio's I'm tring to mux the ethernet pins ,what value need to be set in the control register, so that the pin gets toggled with the voltage 0 and 3.3v when the  pin is made low and high respectively
