Is it possible to use the camera the Raspberry PI uses for the MCIMX6Q-SDBs camera connector ?
And if not what cameras can i use ?

If you are referring to this one:

then yes, it is supported, as Saurabh said, you can use the MIPI and CSI interfaces (as well as USB).
You would need to develop your own driver for it though.
