CTS & RTS reversed

Hi In one of our design based on imx-6 the CTS and RTS lines from IMX-6 were connected to RTS and CTS respectivley

imx-6 CTS  ---> RTS(Module)

imx-6 RTS  ---> CTS(Module)

But the Modules CTS was an input and the RTS of the module is an output which is conflicting with imx-6 CTS and RTS direction

The TXD and RXD is fine which are criss crossed ,

Is there a way in imx-6 to swap only the CTS and RTS signals and leave the TXD and RXD unaffected ,

only allowable configurations are given in

Table 90. UART I/O Configuration vs. Mode IMX6DQCEC

there is no way to change them.
