Boot ROM and OCRAM for user application storage and run

due to the production size limit. could i know:

Instead of external DDR,  could the internal OCRAM of i.MX 6UltraLite be used for the user to run the application?

Are you using Linux or SDK? If you are using SDK, please refer to iRAM (OCRAM) i.MX6 SDK Application for using OCRAM for application.
