Hello, the camera we use is OX0x8B (camera) + OAX4000 (ISP module) of OmniVision, which receives the signal of the OAX4000 through the MIPI-CSI interface of SOC (IMX8MQ) (parameter is 3840x2160@30fps, rate 1.2Ghz, format is YUV422, arrangement is YUYV)

the image you showed up mean that the OV5640 is not working at all. you have to see the dtb and based on the dtb that comes for ov5640 in the BSP.
