BPF and FFT processing

Dear Sir

Customer requirement specification has BPF(Band Pass Filter) and FFT processing.
Customer is considering to use IMX6UL and Linux.

Q1.
Is it able to do BPF and FFT processing by using IMX6UL and Linux?

Q2.
How can we run BPF and FFT if it is possible?

Q3.
Please tell me if you have the most suitable device (IMX) or OS to perform BPF and FFT.

Hello,

  The devices of i.MX series do not support hardware accelerators
for the BPF and the FFT. Only general ARM architecture features,
such as NEON coprocessor and DSP extension can help with software
implementation of the mentioned algorithms. So, customers can use
Linux with appropriate (software) packages for signal processing.
