Automatic network-provided time zone is not update

Dear NXP,

I got trouble when set "Use network-provided time zone" . It is not updating the time zone (needs update to GMT to IST). Still it is in GMT only. I checked WiFi working properly. 

I am working on Android 7 with IMX6Q. 

If anyone experience, Please provide the fix ?

Hi am using wifi only (without gsm). Because of this time zone is not updating.

I done by manually select the "IST" for Time Zone. And now the time is working fine.

But, I want to know, why it's not updating even though WiFi connection is proper. But, "Use network-provided time" is working.

Please give any suggestion ?

I am using WiFi only and without sim, Is this the problem for updating the time zone?
