Android u-boot and kernel debugging with ARM DS-5 in windows

Hello, All

I am working with i.mx6q-sdb , Android 5.0.0 , kernel version 3.10.53
Can any one give the guidelines to create a android u-boot and kernel project with ARM DS-5 for debugging
I am using ARM DS-5 ultimate edition 5.22 win_x86_64 version and debugger is DSTREAM
I have check "EUF-DES-T1430_Using the i.MX6 SDP_Linux_debug.pdf" but incomplete applicable.
