Android Camera auto focus

Hi ,

We are using custom board based on imx6 with android 5.0.The camera we are using is OV5640 and we are not sure how to implement auto-focus in android.In Linux we have enabled in kernel and it works fine but in android we are not sure where we need to configure in hardware layer and what should be configure.Please help as soon as possible
