About I2C DC Parameters

GPIO DC Parameters are listed in Table 29 of the data sheet.
When I2C1_SDA is selected, is DC Parameters VOH / VOL in Table 29 when sending data and VIH / VIL in Table 29 when receiving data?
Or will it switch to open collector when sending data?
Please tell me the VOH / VOL of DC Parameters in that case.

Reference material is described in i.MX 7 Dual Applications Processor Reference Manual.
The I2C Bus Specification, Version 2.1, by Philips Semiconductor

The electrical characteristics in the following materials include min0V and max0.4V in the VOL of LOW level output voltage (open drain or open collector) at 3 mA sink current.

Isn't the output when I.C I2C interface is selected open drain or open collector output?
If it is an open drain or open collector output, isn't the output characteristic defined only for VOL?
