I'm not sure which cluster you need, could you please help me checking this as there is more information about the supported clusters?
Maybe one of the Home automation clusters can help you or maybe the switch one, and we have examples for both of them.
But we do not have anything of RF4CE as a standalone, only the ones in the ZigBee 3.0 which are mentioned in the above document.
