What is the cheapest development board (MCU and RF) for Thread?

The NXP website does not allow me to search for development boards that support Thread and at the same time display NXP store prices. Can someone please point me to the cheapest dev board pair with MCU and RF chip combined. I need to prototype commissioning and cloud connectivity from nodes in a Thread network (application layer) so MCU speed, memory, IO, etc. is of low or no priority.

Also, is there an edge/border router (NXP or other manufacturer) that you could recommend to bridge the mesh network to an Ethernet network?

    KW2xD, M4 Core, FRDM-KW24D512 is the development board.

    KW21Z/31Z/41Z, M0+ Core, FRDM-KW41Z is the development board. KW21Z supports Thread only. KW31Z support BLE and KW41Z support BLE/Thread. KW41Z series is expected to be launched recently. Please contact your local sales for developement board pricing. Hoping this helps.
