Reading data from sensor with Ntag5 Link

Hello NXP-Community,

I wanted to consult for a project I was aiming to develop.

I want to read data from the barometric sensor (i2c) without MCU with NTAG5 Link. What peripheral components are required for NTAG5 Link? Is there an example schematic?

Also, is it possible to perform data reading with the phone (NFC) by making changes on the "NTAG 5 Development kit Android application source code"?

In summary, can I read data from the sensor connected to NTAG5 Link via i2c without battery and without MCU, just by making configurations on Android App?
