Hello i have a question concerning the microcontroller MKW41Z512VHT4.

in fact we perform a cyclic temperature of our sensor  which includes the part MKW41Z512VHT4.in the design.

After the test between (-40° to 95°C) our sensor failed .

can you please explain if there is a special behavior of this microcontroller with the temperature, especilly for the reset function . thank you for your answer.

Hello Gilles,

If you take a look at the reference manual[1], you will see that the temperatures you have tested are the extremes in which the chip should function properly. The temperature probably dropped below or raised above the extremes which caused the chip to function abnormally.
