Kinetis Pin Compatibility

Hello,

I am at the edge of selecting our ZigBee and Thread Device and am torn between MKW21D512, MKW22D512 and MKW24D512. Are these devices pin compatible. What I think is MKW21D512 is not compatible with 22D and 24D. Can someone confirm this? Also all devices share the same memory properties so I assume they all support ZigBee and Thread simultaneously (I know only 24D supports SE 2.0 profile, I dont know the reason though, can someone also point out why?)

Hello Mete,

As you can see MKW2xD Reference Manual​, these three devices have differences only in the Smart Energy, USB and FlexMemory support.
