I want to build a 6LoWPAN network 868 MHz and i want to use KW0x. Can i do that using mbed os 3.0 with 6lowpan stack and mbed device server?

Unfortunately, mbed doesn't support the KW0x MCUs so you won't be able to use its stack.
The available software for this MCU can be downloaded from the Freedom Development Board for Kinetis KW0x site.
