Hi Pengflei,

Could you please check the in the device manager that the JN5179 driver is installed correctly?

Also, if this a custom board make sure you connect the  RX of programmer to TX of module and vice versa
VDD, GND,  SPIMISO  to Ground,  RESET to Ground then 3.3v.

Please let me know your findings.
