Is it possible to JenOS with 802.15.4 MAC

We are trying to build the propitiatory 802.15.4 MAC application using the JN_SW_4163 SDK on JN5169.
Is it possible to include the JenOS for task management and queue mechanism? Currently JenOS is provided as a part of Zigbee Pro stack applications only and not with the JN_SW_4163 SDK.

IEEE 802.15.4 for JN516x and JN517x|NXP examples that we provide.

And for a better reference, JenOS User Guide Contains details of the JenOS Persistent Data Manager (PDM) that may be used in IEEE 802.15.4 applications.
