Intruder Alarm System Application Note JN-AN-1201 Not Working!

Hello dears ,

I've been trying ZigBee HA Intruder Alarm System Application Note JN-AN-1201 but it's not working.
I am sure of the connections and everything as I tried other application notes and worked properly.
Any idea about where the problem might be ?

It's not achieving the functionality described in the application note 
Not even showing debug messages

Have you tried uncommenting CFLAGS in the device makefiles then rebuilding ?

It looks like no debug messages are sent on a clean install.
