How do I send the data I want to send through the newly created cluster in JN5169?

Hello, I have a question now.How can I send my data using JN5169?The previous projects we worked on had clusters that sent commands by using the functions in those clusters.Now I want to create a cluster of my own and send the command I created.How does this work?I looked at a document for creating a new cluster, but it didn't describe how to send the create yourself command.How can I send the data I want to send through JN5169?
