Hardware to read temperature and transmit to the internet

I am learning C programming and hope to find hardware to read the temperature of a stream and transmit the data to the internet (website or app or e-mail).  This tasks may be more than I can handle, but an overview of how to accomplish this is appreciated.

The attachment is about use FRDM-KE02 measure temperature , ant the pdf is an application note with you about the temperature measuring and I think it's helpful to you.
