Got EXS command for (stack overflow error) by zigBee pro stack

I am using JN5168 chip as an NCP and use Intel Galileo gen 2 board as HOST.

Issue Scenario 1

Try to join my end device with cordinator during this scenario got multiple time EXS(stackoverflow error) by zigbee pro stack.
Can you give me information about EXS(stack overflow error) which scenario or condition will be failed then It will come ?
